What GritSites does

GritSites provides website design, hosting, and ongoing support for local businesses, starting with auto, towing, and mechanic shops.

Pricing and payment

There is no setup fee. We build your first version before you pay, and you see a preview before any money changes hands. If you approve it and we launch it, the handled plan is $147 USD/month.

What the monthly plan includes

The $147 USD/month covers:

• Hosting, domain help, and SSL.
• Ongoing support.
• Reasonable updates and revisions to keep your site current.

What is not included

Unless we agree to it separately, the plan does not include:

• Ads management.
• Full SEO campaigns.
• Custom software or web apps.
• Unlimited redesigns.
• Ongoing marketing strategy.

Cancelling

There is no contract and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, hosting and support stop, and the site may be taken offline, unless you choose the buyout and transfer option below.

Buyout and transfer

If you would rather own and manage the site yourself, you can buy it out for a one-time $697 USD package and transfer. After a transfer, monthly support is no longer included unless we set up a separate support plan.

No guarantees

We build you a strong, modern site, but we cannot guarantee leads, search rankings, sales, phone calls, or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control.

Your materials

You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos, text, or other materials you send us to use on your site.

Third-party tools

We may use trusted third-party tools and providers to build, host, and run your site and our service.

AI-assisted features

If AI-assisted features are added later, they may be imperfect. They should not be relied on for emergency, legal, financial, medical, or other safety-critical decisions.
